Chutney Mary

Late night supper at Chutney Mary at the Changi Airport.

Got a masala thosai to share. Really hit the spot with the right thickness and the coconut chutney(?) along with the vegetable curry(bit watered down though).

Vadais were good, tasted like savoury clouds with a golden crisp layer that was surprisingly not oily. These were good. 

Chicken tikka was good too. The pieces were tender and juicy, with the citrus and sauce cutting the greasiness.

If not for the fact that Chutney Mary was located in Changi I would be dropping by a lot more.
