Late night supper at Chutney Mary at the Changi Airport.
Vadais were good, tasted like savoury clouds with a golden crisp layer that was surprisingly not oily. These were good.
Chicken tikka was good too. The pieces were tender and juicy, with the citrus and sauce cutting the greasiness.
If not for the fact that Chutney Mary was located in Changi I would be dropping by a lot more.
